A new Judge Dredd movie is being put together, according to The Hollywood Reporter. Taika Waititi has teamed up with the rights holders of Judge Dredd, Rebellion Publishing's Chris and Jason Kingsley (see "British Comics"), to put together a movie pitch package for studios. Waititi is attached to the package to direct alongside Drew Pearce, who wrote Fall Guy and Mission: Impossible - Rogue Nation.

The movie was originally set to come out on June 4, 2027 (see "'Spider-Man' Movie News") and it will now arrive on June 25, 2027. Invincible has been renewed at Amazon Prime Video for Season 5, according to Deadline. In addition, they have added Matthew Rhys, who voiced Nite Owl in the Watchmen animated series (see "Watchmen"), to the voice cast.
