Mike Krahulik, aka “Gabe,” the artist half of the duo behind Penny Arcade, will produce the variant cover for the issue #1 of Del Rey’s comic adaptation of The Talisman, by Stephen King and Peter Straub.  Talisman #1 will ship in November; the series launches with issue #0 in October.  Regular covers are by Massimo Carnevale (see “Massimo Carnevale Covers for ‘The Talisman’”).
