Oscar-winner Adrien Brody has signed to play the starring role in Predators, according to the Hollywood trades.  He’ll play a role similar to the one made famous by Arnold Schwarzenegger, who starred in the original. 

Other cast members already signed include Alice Braga, Mahershalalhashbaz Ali, Walt Goggins, Danny Trejo, and Oleg Taktarov.

The film will shoot in Hawaii beginning next month, with release planned for next July (see “Predators to Release Next July”).
