Comic Con News: Just before the opening of this year’s Comic-Con, Dynamite Entertainment announced the October debut of Wolfcop #1, a comic book series based on the Canadian horror comedy Wolfcop.  The new Dynamite comic book series, which will debut in plenty of time for Halloween, will be written by Max Marks, and will feature art by Arcana Studio. 

Like the Wolfcop film, which was written and directed by Lowell Dean, the Dynamite comic book series will follow the exploits of Lou Garou, everyone’s favorite liquor-lapping lycanthropic lawman, whose midnight misadventure led to a new life as a rage-fueled, rabid warrior for justice—but the big difference is that the comic book narrative will not be constrained by the limited budget of an indie horror comedy.
