Variety is reporting that Disney has signed an exclusive, first-look deal with comic book legend Stan Lee and his production company, Pow! Entertainment.  According to Variety, under the terms of the multi-year deal Lee will be free to develop all forms of entertainment for all the Disney divisions, which would include movies, television shows, animation, theme parks and publishing. 

Asked to describe the sort of project he was contemplating, Lee told Variety 'I can only say we are working on a number of projects and the one common denominator is they're all high concept projects, and hopefully they'll all lend themselves to being great franchises.'
