Starting on Monday, February 25th Upper Deck's TV commercials for its new Yu-Gi-Oh! TCG release Phantom Darkness running on the Cartoon Network will add a special interactive Internet dimension. Upper Deck will be running a 30-second spot throughout the week that will feature a live action actor offering 'how to Duel' tips and urging viewers to log on to the Carton Network Website and play a memory game that uses cards from the Phantom Darkness expansion.
The memory game, which involves matching various Phantom Darkness card images, will have three levels of difficulty and each time a player completes one level, he or she will receive additional Dueling tips. In addition to the commercials that are running all week on the Cartoon Network (see 'Upper Deck's New Yu-Gi-Oh! TV Ad Campaign'), the Phantom Darkness memory game will be promoted via banner ads on the Cartoon Network Website.
With 100 new cards the Phantom Darkness booster set is the largest Yu-Gi-Oh! set in years, and it contains the elusive 'Ghost Rare' 3D card.
