Our coverage of IDW in two recent articles has confused IDT Corporation with IDT Entertainment.  IDW was acquired by a division of IDT Corporation (see “IDT Acquires IDW Publishing”).  IDT Corporation no longer has anything to do with IDT Entertainment, which was acquired from IDT Corporation by Liberty Media in 2007, before the IDW deal. 

IDT Entertainment invested in Vanguard Animation, one of the new founders, along with Platinum Studios, of Vanguard Comics (see “Vanguard Comics”).  IDT Entertainment does not have anything to do with IDT Corporation, and hence there is no common ownership between IDW and Vanguard.
