Kirby Tardy of Tardy's Collectors Corner in Grand Rapids, Michigan, saw retailer comments about copies of All Star Batman and Robin #10 on eBay (see “Glen Soustek of Westlake Cards, Comics & Coins on All Star Batman & Robin #10”) and says any retailers involved shouldn’t receive the corrected copies:

I suggest that all the retailers that have put this item on eBay be denied any of the corrected copies (when they eventually ship) as they have already gotten what they paid for and should NOT be able to make profits on this item twice!  Good thing we have a level playing field re: comic ship dates to prevent this sort of thing (Oh wait, that's not true).

Is there any kind of fine print in our agreements with DC and Diamond to penalize these thieves?
