T.C. Ford, the Publisher/Editor-in-Chief of United Comics, read the recent Confessions of a Comic Book Guy column by Steve Bennett (see “Confessions of a Comic Book Guy--The Complete Comic Shop Experience”) regarding the apparent demise of the Power Rangers television show and provides a bit of good news for fans of the program:

An article in The New Zealand Herald identified RPM as the last season of the Power Rangers run.  Production manager Sally Campbell stated in an interview, "...at this stage we will not be shooting another season."  However, a couple weeks later, Bandai released a statement that "Disney is producing a Season 18 and Bandai America will continue to develop action figures and toys for fans and collectors of all ages."

 

I think my nephews would be devastated if the show ended.  They must have EVERY conceivable figure available.
