Dynamite Entertainment has gone back to press with its six-volume set of paperback omnibus editions of The Boys, by Garth Ennis and Darick Robertson. The new printing is solicited in the August Dynamite Dispatches catalog via Lunar Distribution for October 1 release, but the publisher expects it to be available to comic shops by early September. The second season of the Amazon Prime adaptation ofthe spinoff Gen V will launch on September 17 (see “Trailer for ‘Gen V’ S2”), and a fifth season of The Boys is slated for 2026.
Dynamite titles are now distributed by Lunar Distribution, Universal Distribution, and Diamond UK for the direct market and will soon be available via Simon & Schuster for the book channel (see “Simon & Schuster”). The publisher went back to press because its existing stock of these volumes is tied up in the Diamond bankruptcy case (see “Diamond Consignment Suppliers Unite to Fight Inventory Seizure”).
