A free Comic Shop Locator Service app for iPhone and iPod touch users is now available, thanks to Diamond Comic Distributors and iVerse Media.  The new app will allow users to find the closest comic store using the GPS capabilities of the mobile devices.  The app will also allow the zip code searches available using the desktop Comic Shop Locator Service. 

Once the user has located the nearest shop, he or she can call the store or view the location in Maps.  An international version of the app is also planned.
