Titan Publishing will publish comics based on World Wrestling Entertainment stars under a 20-issue deal that kicks off next March.  The first issue of WWE Heroes, featuring WWE Superstars and Divas, will street March 23rd.  It will be written by Keith Champagne (Justice Society, Green Lantern Corpse, World War III), with art by Andy Smith. 

The story will be set in a new fictional universe in which a ruthless Shadow King is obsessed with the WWE as he battles the Firstborn, who might be a member of the WWE.

The first issue will carry both a newsstand and an alternate direct only cover.         

Superstars that will appear in the book include Triple H, Undertaker, Randy Orton, Batista, Shawn Michaels, Big Show, John Cena, CM Punk, Kane, Edge, Chris Jericho, Matt Hardy, Rowdy Roddy Piper, Carlito, Jim Ross, Jerry Lawler and Kelly Kelly.
