Konami has launched a global online ranking system, which will allow Yu-Gi-Oh! TCG players to see how they compare to other players around the world.  The new system, COSSY (for Konami Card Game Official Tournament Support System), shows players how they rank with all other players, or with all other players as of the same date.  Registrations will be offered by official tournament stores and at other competition venues.
