Monsterpocalypse is about to welcome its first licensed expansion in the form of Voltron:  Defenders of the Universe (see “‘Monsterpocalypse’ with ‘Voltron’”).  Scheduled for release in July, 2010, the expansion will be fully compatible with all currently available Monsterpocalypse titles. 

The two-player Voltron:  Defenders of the Universe battle miniatures game ($49.99) will include everything needed to play Voltron and the Galaxy Alliance against its nemesis Lo-Tron and the Drule Empire. 

To promote the release, Privateer Press is offering a special Launch Kit for brick-and-mortar retail stores.  The Launch Kit includes eight copies of the two-player game along with two limited-run Mega Voltron figures.
