A story in the Hollywood Reporter revealed that Tollins/Robbins Productions has a deal to produce a series based on James Robinson's Starman comic from DC. Tollins/Robbins is the company responsible for the successful Smallville and Birds of Prey series, both of which are doing very well in the ratings (see 'DC Characters Grab Ratings').
