The Comic Book Legal Defense Fund announced today that Mile High Comics' Chuck Rozanski has donated the oldest CGC 10.0 graded comic in existence, Thor #156, to the Fund to be auctioned to support its work.   This perfect copy of Thor from 1968, from the famous Mile High Collection, is fourteen years older than the next oldest 10.0 comic.  As such a unique piece, it's sure to bring a high premium at auction.

Rozanski has been a tremendous supporter of the Fund in recent weeks.  He bid $6,700 to win a Jim Lee signing at one of his stores (see 'Jim Lee Store Visit Goes for $6,700'), and will be conducting the Fund's auction at MidOhioCon, where 10 of the lots will be rare signed and numbered books donated by Mile High.  Go Chuck!

The Fund is busy these days taking the case of Texas comic retailer Jesus Castillo to the Supreme Court (see 'CBLDF To Take Castillo Case to the Supreme Court'), among other cases in which it's participating.
