Seven Seas Entertainment has acquired the rights to a manga series by Nozomu Tamaki based on the anime feature film produced by Cybergraphix Animation and distributed by Funimation Entertainment.  Tamaki is the creator of the popular seinen supernatural romance manga Dance in the Vampire Bund (also published in the U.S. by Seven Seas). 

 

The Guardians of Luna anime feature film is due out this year.  It is a dark supernatural tale about an ancient race of werewolves penned by New York Times bestselling author Michael Reeves, Avi Melman, and Mallory Reeves (see “Funimation Teams With Cybergraphix”).

 

Nozomu Tamaki’s manga adaptation of The Guardians of Luna will run for two volumes and will feature an alternate storyline to the anime.
