The next Wolverine movie starring Hugh Jackman, The Wolverine, will start shooting in August in Australia, according to Hollywood Reporter.  The film was originally scheduled to start filming last year, but has been undergoing script rewrites (see "'Wolverine' Script Gets Rewrite").  Filming was originally pushed back to early this year.  Now the August date seems more certain. 

The first film in the franchise, X-Men Origins: Wolverine, was also filmed in Australia.

The release date is now set for July 2013.
