Kids WB has acquired the anime series MegaMan: NT Warrior for its summer schedule, according to Variety. MegaMan is produced by ShoPro Entertainment, which produced the Pokemon anime. It began airing in Japan just last March, but the property has been around for over fifteen years in manga form, and has also spawned videogames and a trading card games. The manga series sells over 1.5 million copies. The main characters are a 10-year old girl and her superhero alter ego. A WB Kids exec described the series to Variety as '...part 'Matrix,' part 'Pokemon.''
