According to The Hollywood Reporter Albert Molina will star as the treacherous Doctor Octopus in the sequel to the mega-successful Spider-Man film. Director Sam Raimi, along with actors Tobey Maguire, Kirsten Dunst, and James Franco will all reprise their roles from the original film, when shooting starts on the sequel this April. Columbia hopes to release the wallcrawler's second silver screen installment in the summer of 2004. This alone makes Marvel's movie schedule for 2004 look impressive, and it could eventually equal or surpass 2003's trio of major releases. Stay tuned for more details.
