Director Edgar Wright’s Ant-Man test reel debuted at Comic-Con in July, but never found its way on the net, though it is almost certain to become part of a DVD package after Wright’s film opens on November 6th, 2015 and is later released on disc.  Marvel showed the footage again in London this week and a member of the audience managed to take a pretty solid cellphone video of the screening.  While it is not the best quality it has pretty good focus and demonstrates more stability than the typical cellphone video.

 

Wright’s take on Ant-Man, basically creating a superhero movie within another genre (the caper film) appears to be pretty fresh and many Marvel fans are waiting anxiously for the film that Wright maintains “will be part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, but it also feels like its own piece” (see "'Ant-Man' Movie Will Be Its Own Piece").
