Kodansha Comics will launch three new manga series in the first half of 2014, including a new series from the creator of Fairy Tail. Hiro Mashima's Monster Soul, launching in May, is an action-adventure story of a war waged between humans and monsters, and the ensuing efforts at peace and reconstruction following this disastrous conflict. The second volume of this two volume series will ship in July. Fairy Tail is an ICv2 Top 10 title in North America (see "Top 10 Shonen Properties--Spring 2013").
Robico’s My Little Monster, a bimonthly series about two unlikely school friends finding romance, will launch in March.
Kanae Hazuki's Say I Love You, another bimonthly series, launches in April. A teenage drama of love and romance, Say I Love You revisits familiar themes and scenarios in new and imaginative ways.
