Three new characters for the upcoming animated Star Wars: Rebels have been confirmed via an interesting source: officially licensed LEGO building sets revealed in USA Today.  The new characters are Twi’lek crew member Hera Syndulla and alien Zeb Orrelios of The Ghost, and cadet pilot Ezra Bridger.
 
USA Today also was the official announcement platform earlier this week for ‘cowboy Jedi’ protagonist Katan and his starship The Ghost (see "'Star Wars Rebels' Cowboy Jedi'").
 
The article also lists Katan’s last name as Jarrus.
 
Hasbro is also planning Saga Legends 3 ¼-inch action figures, according to the report, which include Chopper, Katan, and the evil Jedi hunter--the Inquisitor.
