Amazing Spider-Man: Learning to Crawl, a new five issue miniseries by Dan Slott and Ramon Perez, will tell the story of Peter Parker’s first 60 days as Spider-Man, parallel to the events of Amazing Fantasy #15, which was originally released in 1962, and 1963’s  Amazing Spider-Man #1-3.  The new miniseries will launch with Amazing Spider-Man #1.1 in May.  Covers will be by Alex Ross.

Peter Parker will return to the Marvel Universe in Amazing Spider-Man #1, an All-New Marvel NOW! title launching in April (see "Peter Parker to Return").

The miniseries storyline will introduce a new villain that will play a major role in the Amazing Spider-Man series, according to Marvel.
