Tokyo Mint has announced that the next statue in its Love Hina series will be the Otohime Mutsumi in Swimsuit Statue, which is scheduled for release in November. Retailers will be ordering the limited, exclusive North American edition of 600 pieces in June. This statue takes the series 'back to the beach,' with a sandy base similar to the Naru in Bikini Statue with which Tokyo Mint kicked off its Love Hina statue line last December. Tama, the mischevious little flying turtle, playfully pulls the towel up off the title character adds a second element to this statue, increasing its desirability and collectability. The 1/8-scale cold cast resin statue is delivered complete and fully painted at a $149 MSRP.
