The CW has announced its fall schedule, which will begin in October, with The Flash receiving premium placement alongside fellow comic book based series Arrow, according to the Hollywood Reporter. The CW is giving the DC shows a good lead-in, with a rebroadcast of last season’s Barry Allen intro episodes of Arrow ("The Scientist" and "Three Ghosts") on October 1st.
The Flash will premiere on Tuesday, October 7th. Wednesday October 8th will bring the Arrow Season 3 premiere, which will be followed by an encore showing of The Flash premiere episode. The second Flash episode will air on Tuesday October 14th, followed by a rebroadcast on Wednesday after Arrow. The post-Arrow rebroadcasts will end after the second week.
