Director Spike Lee and Viacom announced Monday that they've settled the litigation surrounding the name change of cable network TNN to SPIKE TV; the name change will now be allowed to proceed. Lee had sued, arguing that the network's new name was an attempt to trade on his name and image. SPIKE TV has already changed its programming to its new male-oriented mix, including an adult animation block.
