Score Entertainment is offering retailers free tournament kits from the Dark Tournament, their upcoming expansion of the Yu Yu Hakusho CCG. Retailers need to place their orders for the free tournament kits by December 15 -- the actual tournaments will take place in January after the release of the Dark Tournament Expansion. When launching the Yu-Yu Hakusho CCG, Score provided retailers with free At-Launch Tournament Kits (see 'Score Rolls Out Yu-Yu Organized Play')--an action which resulted in more than 250 sanctioned tournaments across the country during the first month after the product's release. The fact that Score is continuing to provide retailers with free tournament support testifies to the intense competition resulting from the nearly simultaneous fourth quarter releases of several anime-based CCGs including Yu-Yu, Initial D from Alderac, and dot-hack and Beyblades from Decipher.
