Tokyopop has announced the hiring of two new executives. Bill Josey has joined the company as General Counsel and VP, Business Affairs. Josey served most recently as VP Business and Legal Affairs at Fox Television Studios. Prior to his tenure at Fox, he held similar roles at Saban Entertainment/Fox Family and MGM/UA. Masashi Matsuhashi will serve as Tokyo Office General Manager. Matsuhashi comes from Virgin Cinemas Japan, where he was General Manager, Business Operations Division, with responsibility for a 20 billion yen operation.
