Hasbro's suit wants the two companies named to stop producing and selling 'knockoff' Beyblade spinning tops, in addition to demanding the profits and seeking damages from alleged deliberate use of registered trademarks and copyright infringement.

This lawsuit is the second intellectual property litigation Hasbro has launched recently, following its recent suit against the makers of Ghettopoly (see 'Hasbro Sues Ghettopoly Maker').
