In conjunction with the release of Daniel Clowes' Eightball #23, the first new issue in over two years, Fantagraphics has provided an update on Art School Confidential, the next film by Ghost World collaborators Clowes and Terry Zwigoff (see 'Clowes and Zwigoff Team Up Again').  Shooting on the story from Eightball #7 is scheduled to start July 12th in Los Angeles. In addition to previously announced cast member John Malkovich, Angelica Huston, Jim Broadbent, Sophia (Underworld, Thunderbirds) Myles and newcomer Max Minghella will star in the film.
