Frank Pannone, Editor in Chief of Media Blasters' manga line, filled in ICv2 at the Anime Expo this past weekend on his company's schedule of upcoming releases, including a number of books not previously announced.

Skyscapers of Oz was previously announced, but without details which are now available (see 'Media Blasters Announces Manga Release').  This 184-page book will be published under the Kitty imprint due to its adults-only content, with a cover price of $9.99 (like all the Media Blasters books).  The street date is August 18th.

The first non-Kitty Media Blasters manga release will be Kamunagara:  Rebirth of the Demonslayer, which is due 9/29 at 200 pages and recommended for thirteen and over.  Six volumes have been published in Japan so far, with a seventh in the works.

Flesh for the Beast (see 'Media Blasters Plans Ameri-Manga'), at 272 pages for thirteen and over, is scheduled to hit stores on 10/6.  Pilgrim Jager 1 will be released on the same date, also for thirteen and over at 208 pages.

Baron Gong Battle, from Masayuki (Battle Royale) Taguchi, will be six shrinkwrapped volumes of more than 200 pages each for sixteen and up, with the first released in November.

Apocalypse Zero, also coming in November, is a very bizarre and extreme title for adults only, which will come shrinkwrapped due to content.

Volcano High is the prequel to the Korean movie of the same title, due in November or December.  It will include interviews with the director, character profiles and production notes, with an estimated 184 pages.

Level-C, due in January, 2005, will be six shrinkwrapped adults-only volumes, coming out due to fan demand.

And the final new title announced to ICv2 at Anime Expo was Deathtrance, which is due March, 2005, described as an otherworldly fantasy ninja action three-volume series, 144 pages each, with the manga and movie being released at the same time by Media Blasters.
