Warner Home Video has announced the release of Batman: The Animated Series Volume 2 on December 7.  The four-disc set includes 28 episodes plus special features including commentaries by Bruce Timm, Paul Dini, Eric Radomski, and Boyd Kirkland plus featurettes about Robin (Robin Rising) and the rest of the 'good guys' of the cast (Gotham's Guardians).  The suggested retail price of the set is $44.98.

Also out on December 7 is Superman: The Animated Series Volume 1, a two-disk set containing the first 18 episodes of the series.  The Superman Animated box, which has a suggested retail of $26.99, also has its share of DVD extras, including commentaries by Timm and Dini as well as three featurettes.
