DC Comics has announced All-Star:  Batman and Robin, the second title in DC's All-Star line, which features top creators working on 'iconic versions' of the company's top characters.

And what a creative team-up this is!

Frank Miller (The Dark Knight Returns) will write this series, scheduled for 'later this year,' while deservedly famous Jim Lee will provide the artwork.  Lee commented that in his fan days, Miller was 'the one creator I wanted to work with.'  Miller promises to use many a DC character in the series, saying, 'There won't be a Black Canary or Wonder Woman unused.'

All Star:  Batman and Robin joins the already announced All Star:  Superman (written by Grant Morrison and art by Frank Quitely) in DC's All-Star line-up.
