Viz Media, LLC has formed a joint venture with London-based Copyright Licensing Promotions Group, Ltd. to license Viz anime and manga brands in Europe.  Each company will hold a 50% share in the new company, which will be called Viz Media B.V., and will be headquartered in Amsterdam.
