Viz Media has announced that Tonik Barber has joined the company as Senior Vice President, Business Affairs and General Counsel.  Barber comes to Viz from Lucasfilm, where she was Director of Business Affairs, handling business affairs and legal matters for the Star Wars and Indiana Jones brands.  Her duties at Viz will include business development, strategic planning, and the legal and business affairs of the company.
