While previously left for dead, the dark comic Half Dead, written by  Park and Barb Cooper, will see a new light when Dabel Brothers release it as a graphic novel this fall.

Originally slated to be published by Speakeasy Comics, Half Dead died aborning when Speakeasy closed its doors earlier this year (see 'R.I.P. Speakeasy Comics).

Now in graphic novel form, the Coopers can finish their story of vampires and humans battling for modern-day London for its release in time for Halloween.

The novel will not only have the entire Half Dead story, it will also feature supplemental artwork and covers for each chapter. These supplements will come from industry pros and upstarts.

Diamond Book Distributors will handle distribution.
