Digital Manga Publishing has announced two new manga titles, Princess Princess by Mikiyo Tsuda and Enchanter by Izumi Kawachi.  Princess Princess ($12.95), the first volume of which is due out on November 1st, is a shonen ai (boys' love) comedy set in an all-male high school where cute boys are chosen to dress up as girls at school events -- and in this saga of cross-dressing gone haywire from the creator of The Day of Revolution, the three chosen 'princesses' don't bother with any ordinary girl clothes, they dress up in full Gothic Lolita drag.  The 208-page first volume of Princess Princess is rated 13+.

The second new DMP release, Enchanter, will be available on July 1, because DMP is bringing creator Izumi Kawachi to Anime Expo (which judging from the creators attending is quickly becoming 'Manga' Expo -- see 'Clamp at Anime Expo' and 'Mick Takeuchi at Anime Expo').  The first volume of Enchanter will be available at the DMP booth during the convention and then exclusively at Borders and Waldenbooks.  The storyline of Enchanter centers on the character of Fulcanelli, an ancient alchemist, who is transformed into a demonic being after death, and who, with the help of his demon lover Eukanaria, seeks the proper body in order to return to the world of the living.  The other chief character in the series is a contemporary boy, Haruhiko Kanou, who doesn't realize that he is Fulcanelli's perfect double.  Enchanter is rated 16+.
