4Kids Entertainment reported its first quarter results last week, and licensing revenues from both Yu-Gi-Oh! and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles continued to slide (see '4Kids Posts Poor Q4'), partially offset by increases in revenues from Cabbage Patch Kids and Winx Club.
The quarterly announcement also included the news that 4Kids will launch a Chaotic TV show and card game this fall. 4Kids acquired the Chaotic property from its Danish owners a year ago (see 'New YGO Series Set for Fall').
4Kids has recently organized a new division, 4Sight Licensing Solutions, to handle properties for adults, teens, and tweens, expanding the company's reach beyond children's properties.
4Kids is promoting its release of the first Yu-Gi-Oh! Capsule Monsters OAV (see '4Kids Plans Two Yu-Gi-Oh! OAVs in 06') by streaming the complete feature from the Yu-Gi-Oh! Website on May 22nd, the day before the DVD release.
