The New York Comic Con, which will be held at the Javits Center from February 23rd to 25th, has added the creator of Bone, Jeff Smith as a second Guest of Honor (Stan Lee was the first, see 'Stan Lee to Participate in New York Comic-Con'). 

 

Other guests announced this weekend include Alison Bechdel, creator of Fun Home, which has become one of the best-selling graphic novels of the second half of the year; Jhonen Vasquez, whose Johnny the Homicidal Maniac has been the top book in the 'Goth' category for the past decade, and whose short-lived Invader Zim series was a cult hit on TV and on DVD; fantasy artist extraordinaire Frank Brunner; Liberty Meadows creator Frank Cho; and stylish innovator Bill Sienkiewicz, creator of Voodoo Child, The Legend of Jimi Hendrix.

 

Other guests announced include comic book industry veteran Rich Buckler and famed art director J. David Spurlock.
