Mongoose Publishing has announced that it will cease production of its Babylon 5: A Call to Arms tabletop miniatures game effective March 31st, 2008.  The rising cost of manufacturing miniatures for the game was cited by Mongoose as the reason for stopping production on what was once one of the company's leading brands.

Mongoose originally released the Babylon 5: A Call to Arms tabletop miniatures game as a supplement to its Babylon 5 role-playing game, but it was a complete game in its own right and quickly gained a following.  It won a Gamer's Choice Award at Origins in 2004.
