Upper Deck Entertainment has revealed the “loot cards” that will be included in The Hunt For Illidan, the latest expansion for The World of Warcraft Trading Card Game, which is launching on July 1st.  The Upper Deck World of Warcraft Loot Cards give players who have them access to unique World of Warcraft MMORPG in-game items.  The Hunt For Illidan Loot Items will be available for in-game redemption after Blizzard’s 2.4.3. patch.  The World of Warcraft is the world’s most popular subscription-based MMORPG.

 

There are three levels of “loot cards” for The Hunt For Illidan.  The most common is The Path of Illidan card, which allows players to walk or run through Azeroth leaving a trail of green glowing footprints.  The uncommon loot card for The Hunt For Illidan is D.I.S.C.O., which enables players to start a party anywhere—it comes with a disco ball, swirling lights, and music –and any nearby players, whether they are from your faction or not, can join the party and dance.

 

The rarest loot card in the new expansion is the Ethereal Soul-Trader, which becomes an in-game ethereal cosmetic pet capable of collecting souls and depositing Ethereal money in a player's bags.  With Ethereal money players can buy any of the Ethereal Soul-Trader’s ten unique items.
