WizKids has announced the July 18th release of the Pirates of the Spanish Main Shuffling the Deck Card Game.  This is a single-purchase, stand-alone card game and not a collectible card game.  It is based on the art and the characters from WizKids’ Pirates of the Spanish Main Constructible Strategy Game, but it is a totally different game and is not compatible with the POTSM Constructible Strategy Game.

 

The new Pirates of the Spanish Main Card Game, which contains 90 cards, is a fast, family-friendly, “shuffling the deck” card game for 2-4 players, ages 8 and up.  It takes just half-an-hour to play a game.  Players have to hide their true intentions and deduce what ships the other players control—and if they guess right, they get to plunder half their opponent’s gold.
