University Games has released two new games based on the summer blockbuster movie World War Z, which stars Brad Pitt and is slated to debut nationwide in June.  World War Z: The Game (MSRP $34.99) is a cooperative board game in which players take on the role of one of six elite military or CIA operatives who have to work together to save humanity from the zombie hordes using a combination of weapons, tactics, and unique abilities.
 
In the World War Z Card Game (MSRP $11.99) a worldwide zombie pandemic is in full swing and players attempt to clear their continents of the undead.  Players draw cards which can provide tools to fight the zombies as well as potent undead forces to unleash on the continents of others.  The first player to rid their continent of zombies is the winner.
