WizKids announced it will expand its Dice Masters collectible dice game family to include the Dungeons & Dragons Forgotten Realms universe.  Dungeons & Dragons Dice Masters will launch in the fourth quarter.
 
Dice Masters is a Quarriors!-style dice battle game designed by Michael Elliott and Eric M. Lang.  Players collect and assemble a team of character dice and battle head-to-head.  The first release, Marvel Dice Masters: Avengers vs. X-Men sold out prior to release (see "'Marvel Dice Masters' News”).  WizKids will be releasing the second Marvel Dice Masters set, Uncanny X-Men, this fall.
 
The new Dungeons & Dragons Dice Masters release will include iconic D&D monsters and characters, including kobolds, beholders, mindflayers, dragons and drow, among others.
 
Initial releases in the line will include Starter Sets, Booster Packs, Play Mats, and a Storage Box.
