Fantasy Flight Games has announced several new expansion packs for its big box Star Wars: Imperial Assault board game (see "'Imperial Assault'").  The Ally and Villain Packs will release in Q1.
 
The seven packs include: Han Solo Ally Pack ($9.95), Chewbacca Ally Pack($9.95), Rebel Troopers Ally Pack ($14.95), Rebel Saboteurs Ally Pack ($12.95), General Weiss Villain Pack ($19.95), Royal Guard Champion Villain Pack ($9.95), and the IG-88 Villain Pack ($9.95).  Each pack includes detailed plastic figures with replace the tokens found in the Imperial Assault core set, new Reward cards, Agenda cards, Command cards, and new missions for both the campaign game and the skirmish game.
