Wizards of the Coast, Pokemon USA Inc., Nintendo of America, and two Pokemon USA employees have agreed to resolve their differences amicably without the need for additional legal proceedings. Wizards of the Coast originally sued Pokemon USA, Nintendo of America (the current distributor of Pokemon cards), and two Pokemon USA employees for breach of contract and patent infringement (see 'Wizards of the Coast Sues Nintendo'). The two Pokemon USA employees, Richard Arons and Rene Flores, were former WotC employees and WotC's lawsuit charged that the duo had revealed WotC trade secrets to their new employer. Terms of the settlement were not disclosed.
