Paizo Publishing has announced that both Dragon and Dungeon magazines will be re-launched in August.  Beginning with #323, Dragon, the best-selling RPG magazine, will add 'more information about all aspects of the D&D brand,' and will begin including a quarterly catalogue of upcoming Wizards of the Coast products. 

Beginning with #114, Dungeon, which will be 100 pages, will add DM resource articles in addition to the adventures the magazine has carried in the past.
