NECA (National Entertainment Collectibles Association) has acquired a license to produce action figures based on Resident Evil 4, the newest game in the series (now available in Gamecube format). The first figures will be on sale in November; the first prototypes for the figures will be on display this weekend at E3. The Resident Evil series has sold over 26 million games nationwide.
