Renegade Game Studios will release The Anarchy, a new board game by Garphill Games, into retail on June 19, 2025.

In this game, designed by Bobby Hill, players assume the roles of English nobles loyal to King Stephen during the English Civil War. They will build up their domain over the course of five rounds, and battle back the forces of Empress Matilda and storm her strongholds. The goal of the game is for players to accumulate the most Bravery, Loyalty, Influence and Might, while avoiding Discontent, to win. The game also includes a 20-chapter Solo campaign.

The Anarchy is for one to four players, ages 13 and up, and plays in 90 minutes. It will retail for $65.00

Renegade Game Studios also announced a new wave of Heroscape sets, which are slated for a Q4 2025 release (see "New Wave of 'Heroscape' Sets").
